Students should know that they have various methods of reporting complaints. For issues regarding academic matters, financial aid issues, sexual misconduct, disability accommodations, and general matters, please see the links below. All policies are also set out in the Student Handbooks. To the extent possible, students should seek a resolution of such matters through the institution’s complaint procedure before involving others.
This policy includes information on filing a complaint against the University and explains the procedures on filing complaints with the University Compliance Officer, through the external Compliant Hotline, or with applicable State Agencies. See below for specific complaint policies.
