Loading your Campus Card:

  1. ADM Machine (Pelton Lounge | Gangwish Student Center, 1st Floor)
  2. Accounts Payable (Tauy Jones, 2nd Floor)
  3. Online Portal

How to load funds using Online Portal

  • Go to:  eAccounts Online Portal
  • Select: “DEPOSIT HERE” (toward the bottom of the screen)
  • Add student e-mail address  (make sure you ask your student what their e-mail address is, as it could contain special characters)

This will take you to the following screen:

 

From there, you’ll want to select the deposit amount and continue to the next page. 

Please note, you will need to CONFIRM your deposit on the final page to complete the transaction and receive your receipt.

 

Need to Replace your Campus Card?

  1. Lost/Stolen Card = $25.00 (charge may be applied to your student account)
  2. Broken/Damaged Card = $10.00 (must provide damaged card/ charge may be applied to your student account)

Insurance Policy

As of Summer 2018, an Insurance Coverage Fee has been placed on all Ottawa University Students' bills.  If you are needing to ENROLL or WAIVE the University's Insurance Plan, CLICK HERE and follow the directions to enroll or waive.   

Until you ENROLL in the Ottawa University health insurance plan or WAIVE  coverage by answering the questions via the link and upload your insurance information, a charge for insurance will remain on your account, and student will be responsible for all premiums.
